It depends on how many Lithium batts you use.

If using one batt, then you must compare it to GG nano, SD or others with one batt (regular e-cigs too). In this case it should be the same if using a good contact switch.
You are building it for increased batt life.

If you want more vapor then you must look into building a double protected batts mod (pick 3.2V max when charged, not the usual 4.2V Lithiums, too much voltage - 8.4V when fully charged).

As caesar said, building a NicoStick with a 14500 battery is going to give you longer battery life between charges, not massive vapor.
A freshly charged 14500 will put out 4.2 volts, so initially, you might get a bit more vapor but that will trail off as the battery discharges. After that, you can expect teh same as from your 510 batteries but for a much longer time.
Well worth doing as you will no longer be constantly swapping 510 batteries.
