Building UFS

Since everywhere is out of stock, I'm wondering if it's possible to buy the individual parts, Bruce seems to have some replacement parts in stock, but is it enough?

I see the o-rings, top cap, clear window, base cap, and complete connector. Are there any other pieces needed?

Yes, you need more pieces, there's no CR, and no collection tank, you would also need the piece that the mouthpiece (or top cap) screws into that attaches to the tank.

Thanks, I'll check the global sellers when I get home (Army network seems to block them all) and see if any of them have those missing parts. Would be nice if it works out since it looks like it might be a while before anyone has them in stock again, and can't find anyone in classifieds selling one.

Please advise the results of your search! Due to dexterity issues from my disability, I can't wind coils so the iAtty isn't an option for me so I am using just attys and cartos for now. If the parts can be found your idea may be the ticket!

If no one is ready to let a UFS go anytime soon, I may have to trade one of my SS GGTS for a UFS and a little diiference. Or I could wait until October or so when Imeo has time to make more. Zero complaints though. I am in a dilema that is very pleasant to find myself in.

Hmmm this thread is very perplexing and maybe someone with a UFS can help. It looks to me like the UFS uses the same collector tank that newer GGTS's come with the atty connector is available for sale and the tank and the o rings and the bottom cap. The description of the new top cap is it screws directly to the tank and accepts standard drip tips so to me it looks like if you could get your hands on the new top cap (which looks sold out) you should be able to do it.

Am I seeing this wrong?

Here is my part list
UFS Connector - Complete Atty connector
Use stock collector tank and controll ring
Then UFS Base / Bottom Cup bottom cap/juice controll
Then either tank
GG Replacement Stainless Juice Window for UFS
or
GG Replacement/Extra Clear Juice Window for UFS
Then this would be the hard part to get
NEW UFS Top Cap Pre-Order
and finally some o rings
GG O Ring Replacements for UFS

Am I crazy???

Looks like it would be 119-137 if you used the stock TS controll ring and tank and could get the new top cap

Well, since Imeo is on vacation I sent Bruce a PM to see if it's possible, I know he's got everything. The new top cap I already pre-ordered as I intended to get a UFS as soon as I see one in classifieds or when their back in stock. I'll let you all know, if fright is right that would be great, I'll just order those other parts and have Bruce ship them all to me at the same time!

I am pretty sure the new "top cap" just replaces the mouthpiece. So you are only missing the top part of the tank, that the mouthpiece screws into. Find one of those and you can build a UFS (the collector tank and CR look the same to me)

If I am reading the description of the new top cap correctly the new top cap screws directly onto the tank

You can make it a smaller tank by doing that. So you won't need to buy so many parts to make a complete UFS.

If that's true, then there won't be a problem, as long as you got one of the top caps. I missed out

Just remember, with the new top cap, you can't adjust liquid w/801 and 901's

My bad, thanks Wylie. Meant to say no adjustable liquid control for 801 and 901. Don't know what I was thinking when I wrote that. I had read that awhile ago when Imeo posted it after his video on the new top cap. Also, putting a diff. drip tip? Right now I control the vape too w/the tip that is supplied. It all works together.

Apoligies to all for making a dummie post. Must be too much vacation here going on.

Why is that? Why wouldn't you be able to use the adjustable draw with the new top cap?

Ok... how do you adjust liquid with the 801 and 901? Sorry, but I'm suffering from not enough vacation, I think.
