I've ordered lottsa bulk stuff from here- good quality and brand name flavoring. If ordering Flavorless nic get a higher mg amount than needed and make sure its PG based- water like and easy to work with...VG very thick and hard to work with.

0/ zero nicotine is just PG and VG, easily and cheaply bought at the pharmacy.
Edit: not meaning to be rude but I think you should read up a little more on DIY juice.

Just to remember to store bulk nicotine concentrate in the freezer. It will degrade in a few months if you don't.
Store any bulk juice in the fridge...away from small hands. E-juice smells like candy, and it will kill them if they drink it.
Study nicotine safety. A liter of 100mg/ml concentrate is enough poison to kill a very large number of people.
I got my liter from RTS Vapes, I've got half a dozen guys vaping on it, and I've gone through half of it in a year.

It's ok, no offence taken, its just I'm using my android phone no internet in the house..and I click on links but nothing happens.

Huh?? Why bother? You have nothing to mix for with 0mg nicotine.
I've mixed half a bottle of 18mg nicotine with half a bottle of 0mg of nicotine, I think it works out now as being a 9mg bottle of nicotine now. I could be wrong though!
Your terminology is off is all. You don't have a half bottle of 0mg nicotine. You had half a bottle of nicotine free PG, VG, or a PG/VG mix.
Regardless, mixing the two, as long as they were equal amounts, would give you 9mg nic base. Adding flavors will change that.

Myfreedomsmokes.com is very good price, they are on backorder so it's preordered but the most inexpensive I have found. Read read read research research research first! I am not ready to make it yet myself but I still "window internet shop" all the time! Edit: I just checked RTS someone mentioned, at first my tablet wouldn't open it up,and they are just as cheap and since they were suggested by a poster who has actually used them, I would go with them. I am planning to buy a liter of the next highest mg I use so it will be easy to justg mix with flavoring with no dilution to start with.
