Bummed about my ProVari Mini order

I saw that a USPS had delivered a package today for my provari mini... i was so excited that i rushed home, only to find that the package had everything i ordered EXCEPT the mini!!!!! but, I only have one tracking number.

Was anyone else's order spit into two shipments?

that's weird, i would contact provape about that because to my knowledge they don't split ship, what all was in the box that you did get. the only thing they ship separate as far as i know, is juice

Now i'm getting worried.

I have already sent Provape an email....

The envelope had 3 batteries, 18490 extension, and an ego adapter. No provari.

im waiting for my second provari to ship, and like i said, im fairly certain that they dont split ship, there were people waiting for batteries to come in stock before the package would ship out. hope it was just a mistake, or you were a rare case where they split ship

I just ordered a gold provari (comes with an extension cap) and when I received it, I got the Provari, with no extension cap!

Emailed Provape, they told me they didnt have a cap ready, so they shipped me the provari, and the cap will come separately..

I was happy to hear that, but an email heads-up about the split shipping could have been less stressful

I don't know if thats the case in your situation, but just wanted to throw out there that at least in my case, they did in fact, split-ship..

Got it all sorted out... turned out it was human error. They shipped out the mini the next day and now I have it in my hands. Very, very happy. The second shipment went out on the 20th, 5 days after I ordered. They initially quoted 10-15 days, so I guess they're still 10 days ahead of schedule.

glad you got it..... I too was quoted 10 to 15 days....I recieved shipping notice in 6 and is due to arrive today
