Hello all,i wil ltry to keep it short.

I bought Ego-T with clearomizer T2 it worked fine for about 2 weeks, then i decided to clean my clearomizer and before drying it properly i put that clearomizer on first battery (i have 2 of them) it did not work then i put it on second battery, then i used other clearomizer but since then it burns wick after 2 - 5 ml.

Now ... happened with my batteries ? No matter how much times i change heads or clearomizers one coil does not last longer than 1 day. Is it possible that because of water inside the clearomizer i ....ed up both of my batteries and it somehow changed their voltage or power ?

By the way i did turn the thing under the clearomizer maybe thats the problem ?

I had the same thing happen. It turned out I was drawing to fast and hard. Getting a viva Nova let me go back to a slow draw and plenty of vapor without burning wicks.

Did your the same thing also happen after using not dry clearomizer ? Because i get that problem after that accident; before that 2 weeks of using without problem and without changing even a coil.

So anyone can say me if that accident coudl change voltage of my battery ?

Hi and welcome!

I don't think your battery could be damaged like that - either it will work or it won't. The battery is sealed, so liquid would have to get into the area around the firing button for it to get near the electronics.

Clearos can be very inconsistent; sometimes they work well, other times not. They are cheap pieces of plastic, so often you can get bad ones. You might try some different kinds to see if they are better.

You might also look into upgrading to a variable voltage battery, like an Joyetech Twist or Vision Spinner to have control over the power level you are using.

Im not saying that water did get to the battery, but the fast is that something were wrong when water was inside clearomizer because it did not work until i made it dry, maybe it could change somehow battery voltage ?

Or maybe its because i turned the thing under the clearomizer ?

I got a T2 and enjoyed it on my ego for about 10 minutes then decided I would try it on my vv. Ashamed to admit it ..... but I fried it like green tomatoes. Found some cheap replacement heads. So far so good and lessen learned. If you liked it for that 2 weeks, give it another try. One video I watched, said when you clean it out to make sure you let it completely dry before using it again. Good luck to you and thanks for posting.

I think this is where VV comes in handy. When that happens I dial the voltage down a few ticks. getting that burnt taste so quickly in my epxerience happens when your running it too hot for the amount of liquid thats getting to the wick.

But it was good for 2 weeks until i decided to clean it and turn something bellow the clearomizer
