Hello,

I'm pretty new to Sub ohm vaping.
I just recieved my Sigelei 100W VW Plus MOD
With 2 High drain batteries 35A from Efest.

I have an Aerotank (kanger) with 0.8Ohm coils.
I just add my first juice to my new mod (Mt Baker Hawk sauce 50/50).
When i Vape at 10W it's ok for about 5 seconds. After that it tastes burned.
When i go Higher than 10W it's almost immediatly it tastes burned.

What i'm i doing wrong? When i look at Youtube they all vapes around 25W??

Greetings

You could take shorter hits, it sounds like your wick isnt keeping up with your style of vaping, what wick is it? i'm not familiar with the kang aero, is it something you make your own coils and wick yourself? if it's something you wick yourself then possibly your wick is to tight and not allowing sufficiant wicking

i vape at high wattage but i only take 1-2 second pulls and then re-drip or allow the wick to absorb more juice before the next hit orelse i end up killing the wick

Using a sub ohm Kanger on such a nice box seems detrimental. I used to get dry or burnt hits from my old kanger gear and that was well above sub levels. They simply don't flow enough juice and the wicks are too small. Thought of an RDA yet? They're quite simple, once you get the hang of it and buy a coil jig. I use a revolver jig by boom boom, and it takes about 7 minutes to rebuild and re wick my RDA.
