Burning Taste???

I have a GLV Super Mini. I laso have a bunch of Ego batteries....some 650mah....some 900mah. I've tried Ego-T Regular atty's, Ego-T LR Atty's and Stormy's tank Mod on the GLV and get a horrible burning taste with all.....Take all the same atty's, clean them and use them on the Ego batteries and they taste great. I've tried this numerous times and I'm starting to get very frustrated. Does the allen head adjustment have anything to do with this? Any help would be appreciated. Also, I've used all different E-liquids....Some Liberty Flights and some V4L.

The eGo only puts out about 3.2v-3.4v under load.
The GLV is going to put out 3.8-4.2v on a freshly charged battery.

This voltage difference is the only thing I can see that might cause your juices to burn.
What ohm attys are you using?

I don't know what ohm my atty's are. All are Joye LR's and Joye Regular. The Stormy Tank is a CE2 2.4-2.6
