Burnt juice on my battery???

I guess my cartridge must of leaked juice because I have burnt black juice on my battery. It still works fine but I can taste the burnt juice. I've tried removing it but it is like rubber and I can't get it off. Does anyone have any recommendations for removing it?

Whoa, I've never seen/heard of this happening. I would try a soak in Everclear (being careful not to submerge it beyond the air hole) followed by a very gentle cleaning with a q-tip being careful not to break the delicate contacts of the battery. Use counter-clockwise motions to clean the battery.

You might try cleaning the atomizer. Are you using a dark colored juice? Pictures?

I've had a bit of juice seep thru the atomizer and onto the battery contact many times. I just dab it with a q-tip or rolled-up tissue. If it's stubborn, dampen the swab with a little water or alcohol or even ecig liquid. Be sure to dry-swab the contact again after damp-swabbing.
