I have use the 510 cartomizers like these...Did you give them plenty of time to get wet? These have a horizontial coil instead of a vertical so it make take longer for the e juice to get fully to the bottom. I always used the condom method to fill these.

What Pg VG ratio are you using in them? That makes a big difference.

OK Let me step in here for a sec. I have been using Kanger cartos ever since I started vaping over 2 years ago, and I love them. I believe I have perfected filling these things so that they are ready to vape when full with no soaking period at all.

Step 1: Drip 2 drops of juice into the battery end and then take a dry hit to clear the center wick tube of juice. This ensures that the wick is saturated immediately, and prevents that first burnt hit. Replace the bottom condom.

Step 2: Drip 10 drops of juice into the mouth end and let it soak into the polyfill. Then shake it like an old school thermometer to force the juice all the way down to the bottom of the carto. This ensures that there is juice at the bottom and it also wets the polyfill, so it is easier for the poly fill to grab more juice. Kinda like a wet sponge vs. a bone dry sponge.

Step 3: For the regular sized Kanger carto, add 21 more drops to the carto to fill it up (33 drops total). For the XL size, add 43 more drops (55 drops total). Shake like a thermometer every 5-10 drops to force the liquid down.

Step 4: Vape.

Note: Halo juices are high in PG, so they are fairly low viscosity, and you should have no problem getting those to wick. For higher VG juices, you will need to dilute them with distilled water. For example, when I am filling a carto with Boba's Bounty, I add 1 drop of ditilled water for every ml of juice. This thins it out enough to flow easily without diluting the flavor at all.
