Thanks johnpoly1130 and Hottody for your suggestions and help.
For anyone else having this issue, these are the instructions on how to get it primed and working, I was sent this from Volcano Ecig Support!
You want to place your Inferno Tankomizer with the opening facing up on a paper towel. After doing so, take your bottle of liquid and drip about 3 – 4 drops of liquid onto the pin in the middle of the Inferno Tankomizer’s opening. After doing so, let it sit for a minute and blow the excess liquid with your lips placed on the opening of the Inferno Tankomizer. Your Inferno Tankomizer is now primed! The next step would be to fill your Inferno Blank Tanks: Your Inferno Blank Tanks will be shipped in a Pack of 5 that are individually wrapped with a white rubber cap on one end. Please take an Inferno Blank Tank out of its wrapper and remove the white rubber cap. You may want save the white rubber cap to place back on the end of the Inferno Blank Tank after it has been filled for the first time as well as after filling it multiple times to keep the liquid from leaking out of the Inferno Blank Tank. To fill the Inferno Blank Tank, you will need to remove the end cap (not the white rubber cap) from the Inferno Blank Tank. This end cap is on very well to keep an excess amount of liquid from leaking during use. To get this end cap off you may want to us your finger nail or the end of a pen. Place your finger nail or end of the pen in one of the notches on the side of the Inferno Blank Tank and gently push down towards the end cap. This should get the end cap to pop off exposing the inside of the Inferno Blank Tank. Take your bottle of liquid and start to fill your Inferno Blank Tank (opening faced up) until it is about 80% - 90% filled. You never want to fill your Inferno Blank Tank 100% as this WILL cause leaking. Now, firmly place the end cap (not the white rubber cap) back onto the Inferno Blank Tank. The next step now would be to place your filled Inferno Blank Tank: into your primed Inferno Tankomizer:To do so, place your Inferno Tankomizer, opening up, on a sturdy surface. Now, fit your Inferno Blank Tank into the opening of your Inferno Tankomizer. After you have done that, push your Inferno Blank Tank down firmly into your Inferno Tankomizer until you hear 2 clicks. To ensure your Inferno Blank Tank is completely pushed in, run your finger from the top of the Inferno Blank Tank down to the bottom of the Inferno Tankomizer. When doing so, you should not feel or see any gap between the Inferno Blank Tank and the Inferno Tankomizer. If there is no gap, screw the Inferno Tankomizer (with the Inferno Blank Tank inside) onto either of your Inferno Batteries (650mAh or 1000mAH). Manually activate your battery (by holding the button near the threading down), place your lips on the Inferno Blank Tank and slowly inhale. Give it a couple draws from the Tank System to break it in and at the longest 1 – 3 days (if it is still inconsistent).
Be sure to never let you Inferno Blank Tank go completely empty as this can cause your Inferno Tankomizer to be burnt out due to lack of liquid. We recommend refilling your Inferno Blank Tank when it looks like there is only about 10% liquid remaining.
