Business question pertaining to E-Juice

I've been diy for awhile now, set up a clean room with hepa and uv filtrations, all safe. My local vape shop wants to carry my 4 flavors line. I talked to the Ohio Business gateway and they had no idea what type of vendors license would be needed. Sent me to the agriculture dept as they thought it may fall under food mfg/processing. Nope! They think it may fall under pharma or something else. No one at the state levels seems to know what license is needed. I want to do this by the books, I have another company I started 5 years ago, but it was on their drop down list, easy. Any ideas or help out there? Thanks!

While I have no idea, it would seem reasonable it would be classified probably as Pharmaceutical manufacturing, since your mixing chemicals by strict definition.

You are selling B2B. I would think a general business license to keep the tax man happy would be all that's needed. As there is still currently no FDA requirements for e cigs or juice I doubt there is any state regulation requirements. . . except for those barring sales to minors etc.

Is there a local B&M that sells house juice? Does your local B&M sell house juice? I'd check and see what they have. It should be on the wall somewhere. . .

Currently ejuice is unregulated which means there is no category to fit it into yet.

Treat it like a consumable good for adults.
