Butter

So is there a good butter flavoring available? I am working on an English Toffee liquid, and NF English Toffee at 15% with just a titch of extra Vanilla is pretty good, but it would be nice to also make it a bit more buttery.

I know about diacetyl (though at 63 after almost 45 years of smoking I don't much care) and am wondering if there is a good straight butter flavor available now that everyone is diacetyl free?

Hangsen Toffee concentrate is very buttery, and Capella Butter is quite nice...dunno if it contains Diacetyl though, prob not....

I got some wilton's a walmart. I checked it out on this forum. 2oz bottle should last a long time.

Thanks - I've got your suggestions on my list for the next time I make an order. My tendency is to buy at least two brands of anything so I can compare.
