    Briefly describe your problem or issue
    Was recommend Butterfly's Ejuice for rhe black liquorice juice, and as I love this flavor, ordered a 60mil bottle, also got a 30mil bottle of pina colada, once received, opened the bottles to air for 24 hours, the pina colada was fine, but the black liquorice has some goo floating around in it, goo is the best I can describe it, and was several large lumps of it floating around, as being juice I was concerned about the safety of the juice, so contacted Butterfly's through there contact us link on the site on Friday 24th January.

    I got a email back quickly, saying they have never heard of that happening and they would try to recreate it and get back to me on Monday, never heard anything back till Thursday, and then just one line saying it didn't happen to them, but they would replace the bottle as it did happen to me, which I replied with I wasn't trying to get free juice, just reassurance it was safe to vape.

    I never got another reply, never a apology for what happened, and guess what, never got that replacement bottle either.

    Customer service sucked, and as I wasn't sure if was safe, threw away the juice, including the 30mil of pina colada, as wasn't trusting the juice anymore.
