10% LA Butterscotch (TFA butterscotch has a funny taste to it imo)
5% LA Caramel
4% TFA Vanilla bean ice cream
3% EM

This sounds yummy. I love butterscotch. I don't have LA butterscotch, I need to order some and make this. All I have is TPA and, I agree with you about TPA butterscotch.

I picked up these bottles of LA from Walmart or Hobby Lobby in the baking section. They have a very limited selection, though. All I have on hand are Apple, Butterscotch, Butter Rum, and Tart and Sour.
