I read your € sign but missed the $ sign. At that range, I think you are going to be looking at China. sigelei released about a million new mech mods a couple of months ago including some bottom firers, though there seems to be a lot of metalwork going on to get them working well. If you're comfortable with modding your mod, you might want to take a look around for them.
The Kamry k100 is excellent despite its chinese origin, one can be had stateside for far less than $100, more like $50 to $60 and are of excellent quality despite the price. On estimation you could have a Bagga like mine for around $160 US, comes with both 18650 and 18350 tubes and is easily one of the best mech bottom fire mods on the market for the price without spending money like a nemesis, astro, gg etc. I would reccommend looking into the Bagga by Wu Tang, you can see pics of it here....Its the one on the right. All brass construction, bottom fire, brass pins, fully adjustable. Pretty bomb and appx in the price range that you are looking in. Theres hundreds of mods in your price range but this one is among the best in that category in my opinion. Given that, i still own a K100 and love it, durable, reliable, fires well and if i lose it im only out $60...

The Sigelei Telescope Mod is awesome. One of my favorites. Personally, I don't think the spring is bad. But if you do, simply inverting the spring makes it much easier to fire.
Yeah, Puresmoker was my first thought for that price. BUT, I'm a Sigelei fan too, just for the ability to tinker. If you don't like to tinker, probably not a good bet.
+1 for the Bagga. OKC has them for $140 + shipping right now. All brass, extremly low voltage loss under load, hits as well as any $200 + mod out there.
