Sometimes when I run my .1 ohm Clapton Coil on my Fuhattan with a VCT5 the button heats up to the point it burns my finger. Is this bad?

Not good at all. You're running that battery past it's limits. You're putting 42 amps on a 15 amp constant battery. Even the 30 amp pulse rate for it is being strained. Dump that build.
It certainly isn't good, heat is a warning sign that something aint right.
You are exceeding the CDR of your battery.
4.2v / .1 = 42a & 176.4w.
Then there is the accuracy of what you use to measure resistance and the possibility of using fake vtc batteries to consider.
Could be as simple as needing to disassemble and thoroughly cleaning the bottom cap / firing mechanism, most likely caused by over stressing your battery.

.1 ohm is very close to a dead short. I'm not surprised the button is getting hot. Way to low, IMO. You are way above the safe limit of your battery.

I read .01 ohm and stopped. You are basically dead shorting your battery. Most 30a batteries arent actually 30 amps. please do some research before you blow your face off
Keep your build above .15 ohms and clean all your contacts and threads on you mech and atty thoroughly. 0.15 at 4.2 volts you are running your battery at 28 amps (within spec for a real vtc5)
It depends... how often do you use that finger? Are you emotionally attached to that finger? Lol. I don't think a 1,346 post ultra member commonly has hot-finger issues. Somethings up...
Lol i just read some of your posts wharf rat. Are you joking? Ive seen alot of people posting recently that are diving into mechs/rdas without any knowledge and its been bothering me, some of the questions and endless "thanks but im gonna build it this way and not take any advice to the questions ive asked." Haha clearly your posts indicate you are not that guy. Slow day?
