Jumi is correct.. I would just clean it really well and remove all the silver conductive grease from it and the spring or magnets. The Grease could be your problem. that stuff tends to collect dust and dirt then it grimes up pretty bad. If you use it just put it on the bottom of the nail in a light coat and the threads of your GG tubes and ends... Let us know how that works for you..

Yes, ggero is spot on. I have had this issue as well and I rolled up a tiny bit of sandpaper and got the inside tube of the button and it no longer sticks. Plus I think I have better conductive contact area now. I also had to push the button from different angles to get it to work and this solved that issue also. Seems that the button will get little areas that have a build up of something that causes the contact zone of the button to not make contact...
