Yes there is a classified area......But you have to have so many posts to view and then so many posts to use it. Not to sure how many post it is tho. Check in the Newbie area maybe it has the number there.
There is a Pay it forward area where you can post things you no longer use and take things that you can. But there are speciic rules there also.

Yes there is a buy and sell. There are rule and regulations, like others have posted
I stumbled into it shortly after I posted my question. And thanks for the links that contained the rules and regulations. I took a moment to read and familiarize myself with everything. You guys and girls rock for the quick feedback. Think I'll vape some caramel apple to that! 
You only need 5 non-spammed posts or replies and 1 hour wait to buy stuff from Classified and send PMs and post elsewhere on the forum. A new rules for selling is you need 100 non-spammed posts or replies to sell. This helps protect members from scammers.
And Classifieds is meant for people selling their used equipment and juices. If you want to sell new items like a vendor them I think you need to register as a supplier and you may have to pay a cut to the forum and sell in a different section.

yes once you hit 300 it will allow you to post exactly one hour from your 300th post. I got 200+ to go :-/
