I too am confused with my peach cobbler order. It came in a bottle that has all the new Johnson Creek flavors listed on it. He put a peach cobbler label on the side of bottle. I pulled the label off and listed are all the new flavors. I am not sure what I got. Why use the new bottles? I have not vaped it much. I quess I should give it a try. The new recipe makes me feel sick to my stomach. If I feel sick than I will know. The old recipe did not make me feel sick.

Maybe he has a bottle shortage and had to think what would be the best way to get out his product to the customers.

I am just over exaggerating on this but take this into consideration.
If he supplied 2 Liter bottles of juice.. and he ran out of bottles.
He decided to put the juice in pepsi bottles.. and label the pepsi bottle as whatever flavor you ordered.
When you get the order.. would you want to return it or unhappy because it came in a pepsi bottle?

For the last time, sir. I have explained to you several times about the labels. We ONLY have old juice. We also ONLY have new labels available to us from Johnsons Creek. We don't have a single drop of new juice in stock. Please stop spreading lies about my company. You can check with Johnsons Creek themselves and they will tell you we have not gotten any new juice in. Thank you

Supplier said, He had Peach Cobbler. So i bought 15 bottle's, and Summer Peach came in the mail. Supplier told me he put summer peach lable on Peach Cobbler. Very unhappy supplier won't refund money, just wanted peach cobbler. Now i have 15 bottle's of something i don't like.

and sent them the pictures of the old bottle's with the new labels on them. Contacted them several times, never got an answer back. If it's true, i think they would have called me. If you have them contact me, telling me that it's true, then i will issue an apology to you.

I asked you before i purchased it, if it was thee old formula. You could have told me that it had the new labels on it.
And i asked for a refund, two separate times. You gave me a nasty e-mail back saying i called you liar. When i was simply just uncomfortable with the product. I made a large purchase of 15 bottle's.

I don't know the details. But I do believe that if I had ordered 15 bottles (that is a large order) and didn't like the juice then I would be super po'ed. First I would make sure of the exact name, strength, flavor, and seller. If a small first order all went well then I would get the big shipment. Sounds like that happened but the buyer did NOT get what he thought. And since when did suppliers run around calling out customers. I am just glad I get to see the petty chit that some vendors pull, I jot down there names, and guess what? They NEVER get any of my money. Sorry you did not get satisfaction cappy. And Ultra, nevermind, let me find that pen.

Ultra purchases in large supply from JC as a distributor, ie: 1 litre bottles, then they transfer to sellable quatities "in-house", meaning they bottle "and label" their own for resale.

So, contacting JC directly is mute in trying to get confirmation from a manufacturer about a distributor, plain and simple.

Sorry your purchasing experience hasn't gone well, or as expected. And if it wasn't "peach" I'd personally offer to purchase it all from you for myself, if not to only allow you to shop elsewhere in hopes you find peaceful vaping.

I can only reflect on my own vast purchasing experiences with Sean, which have been nothing more than stellar, and that is THAT.

Ya, I don't get this either. He never actually complained about the liquid, just that the label was different. Sean explained it, and he is still ......? Did you even try the liquid? The contents are Peach Cobbler like you ordered. Vape it and enjoy the peachy goodness :)

From my experience, Sean is an upfront, honest seller, that wants his customers to have a positive experience. I would recommend him!!!
 
From working retail for a bit I can say this.. Some people you can never please.

From cars to cell phones, It is called buyers remorse.
You can bend over backwards, latch lips to ...., get a great interaction with them face to face. But once you turn around or they leave etc. they get nasty and blame you for their own mistakes.

Sorry I am late on this- I bought over 200ml of JC juic from Electronic-Cigz, some of the bottles had the new labeling- however everyone of the flavors was the old JC formula. I bought some of each flavor and they were all the old JC formula. Personally I don't care how the bottles are labeled as long as the contents are as advertised, which they are and I was warned before hand. Sean and Speideh are awesome- some of the best in the business- I trust them more than any other vendor in the business, they are good people and treat people right. I won't go into my personal experience which I base my opinion off of but I will to protect the integrity of Electronic-cigz. I will not hesitate to buy from them again.

Some people will never be happy... good luck trying to get any more JC original formula any where else.
 
I will agree top notch.

I had an issue with my first and recent order.
I debated wandering away with my money, I really did not like the answer in live chat. No worries I reread it and noticed its 730ish on a sat. morning and my coffee cup was dry.
Then it dawned on me, they were being honest and empathetic..sales 101 there folks.
I took a breath ordered more than my declined order and now waiting impatiently for the special need snails at the usps.

Though I haven't received my order yet my only issue with this company is the shipping. the ONLY reason I ordered is I really needed the order of the old formula of the arctic mint Johnson Creek. But $15 for shipping "US - Small Packet Air (*no tracking#) (4-10 bus days)" is just wrong. Especially when the most I have paid other places is $10 and I got my order in 2 days with tracking.
