Im getting around 10+ free bottles in the mail. Due to legal restrictions of this they can only send 0mg juice.
However, I will not vape 0mg due to me needing nicotine.
I am thinking of ordering this.
But I am confused on the ratio calculations.
Lets say all the bottles I get are 15ml's.
Most calculators only assume you are at 15mls AFTER you add in the nic.
Not BEFORE the nic.
What calculation should I do to make an existing 15ml bottle of 0mg juice become 6mg.
I don' want to do this blindly because I don't want to overnic it. I want to know exactly what I am vaping.

Are you sure you want to buy 100mg NIC base? That's VERY strong - and very dangerous if not handled properly. I'm just starting DIY juices, and while I plan to get 100mg someday, I don't want to do it until I know I've got all my procedures (mixing, measuring, storing, etc) down well. I'm using 36mg now, might go up to 60mg on next order.

Anyway, there's another calculator floating around here somewhere called Juice Grinder - very similar to eJuice Me Up but it also has a NIC finder in the toolbox that's very easy to use. It's kinda buggy on my laptop, but I open it up when I need one of those calculators and it works well for that. Maybe he's updated it to fix the bugs.

There are online juice calculators for this. Google, take a minute to figure one out, and you'll be fine.
Please don't take this for me being a jerk but at the same time I'm not kidding; if you can't figure out an eliquid web app you should NOT be handling 100mg nic.

I understand what you mean.
However the calculators that come up like I said include the nicotine in the total count for the 15mls.
I have looked at 10 different calculators and to make 15ml's 6mg use this function:
Nicotine Content: 0.9ml
Pg/Vg Base: 11.1ml
Flavoring: 3.0ml
..........
While that is good and dandy, it would lead me to believe that since it is 100mg:
15ml * 1.06 = 15.9
So I would be adding .9ml to the 15ml of juice.
..........
In my head that is logical - however, I was hoping to find a specific calculator for this to be 100% sure before I start mixing.

You're right. You'll have a slight decrease in flavor vs the premade juice after adding to it, which may or may not be a big deal to your tastebuds depending on how strongly flavored the original is.

Thanks man I appreciate it!
Mathematically 100mg is a lot easier to work with due how easy it is to do the math.
The flavor lose will be noticed but I don't think it will bother me too much since I have been using 24mg base to dilute the juice of the last 10 bottles I received.

Download HotRod's Calculator https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0ByHCyknRKMBCTjQ0d0pEWklsSnc&usp=sharing
Once installed open and click on tools in the drop down select Simple Calculators there you'll find one called Adjust Nicotine Level in Juice.

Now the top field is for how much nic is in the juice to modify - in your case o
Next is the volume of the juice - in your case 15
Next is the strength of the nicotine you're going to add i.e. 24/36/100 input the level you have.
Next is the Desired Nicotine level - in your case 6
Hit enter and you get the amount of nicotine to add.

Hope this helps :toast:

Not BEFORE the nic.
What calculation should I do to make an existing 15ml bottle of 0mg juice become 6mg.

Don't forget, you'll need to make room in the bottles for the nic you'll be adding. When I was in this exact same situation, I removed about a ml from each bottle, added in .9ml of 100mg nic, and called it good. Technically I should have removed exactly the same .9ml that I added back in but instead, I just vaped "about a tankful" of each one at 0mg to make the room, so it was probably just a bit more than 1ml each.

If you don't want to waste that 1ml each, and you have another container to mix it in that'll fit the extra ml, then it's time to bust out the old algebra skills. Hope you like word problems!

espkh123 has 15 ml of 0mg e-liquid. How much 100mg nic should they add so the resulting mix is 6mg/ml?

Now, we have a math problem we can solve. We want to add "x-amount" of nic so that 100x (the amount in mg of nicotine in what we're adding) is equal to x+15 (the total volume of liquid after we add "x-amount" to the initial 15ml) times 6 (6mg of nicotine for each of those final ml). In algebra form, that looks like this:

100x = 6 * (x+15) expand
100x - 6x = 6x + 90 - 6x
94x / 94 = 90 / 94
x = 90/94
x = approx. 0.95744...

So without removing any of the liquid first, you would want to add about 0.957ml to each bottle. Of course, if you just went the lazy route and did exactly 1ml instead, you'd be left with 100mg/16ml = 6.25mg/ml, which you'd be hard-pressed to tell apart from actual 6mg in a taste-test.
