Buying a riva lite in Canada

Hello fellow canadians!

I'm ready to upgrade and I'd like to buy a riva lite bundle. They have one at liberty flights for 29.99$ which is an amazing price but as I was checking out I saw that the shipping was 25$
Thats a little pricey for me, does anyone know of a canadian vendor offering rivas for a decent price?

I bought one there as well...and I paid the $25 shipping. I found that in Canada, prices of a similiar device were still above the LF price, even with the higher shipping costs.

I bought my first kit at the end of 2009, gave it a go and went back to cigs
In the last month I've decided to give it another go, but the 510 is definitely not enough, I just want a battery with a longer life!

To be honest I don't think any Canadian vendors sell the Riva. I've been known to be wrong before though Even if they did, I would faint if a kit + shipping cost less than $55.

Yeah I think you guys are right, I just checked about 20 vendors and they have e-go kits (no rivas found yet) for a minimum of 50$ some of them are more and thats before shipping
I'd love to support the canadian vendors but none of them take credit cards now

if u want to be safest just be sure not to order juice or filled cartos with your riva so it doesnt have a bigger chance of not making it here
id recomend an ego but i heard the riva is true 3.7 and with your vaping history i think the .4v extra paired with a LR atty will really help plus you will have a longer battery life thats a good price and even with 25 shipping

I think it comes with empty carts and I'm pretty loaded with juice so I shouldn't have any problem with it getting through... I'd like to try the LR attys, they make the vapor warmer right?

Warmer, more of it and more TH. I only use LR atties on 3.3-3.7 volt devices.

Since you're paying an arm and a leg for shipping, have a look at the epower. The plus is it uses non proprietary batts so replacing it is much cheaper.

how is that any different from the riva , are they not both 510 threads , i dont see what u mean by non proprietary because if u mean 510 thread i am almost certain the riva is the same

From what I see it takes a battery that can be bought at radio shack or pretty much anywhere. I don't know how it charges though, theres so much to learn it's like a full time job

I don't think Radio Shack sells those batteries, btw. But yes, it takes a 3.7 volt battery which are cheaper to replace than a ego/riva battery.

You have to buy a charger for it. Specifically one that charges 3.7 v batteries...
