The Ovale eGo-C comes w/ 2 batteries & 5 Changeable Atomizers so all you need is some e-liquid 11-16mg. You need at least about 30ml. Do a search on flavors you like.

PS I probably should have mentioned Ovale has e-liquid High 16mg, Med. 11mg & Low 6mg. 16mg would work & maybe 11mg. Currently 1 Free 20ml liquid w/ kit which would work to start.

Few people own the C. It's very new. Most tank atomizers like juices with 30% or less VG like 70PG/30VG, 80PG/20VG etc. VG adds some nice vapor but it thick.

Vaporbomb has PG/VG choice on all juice, JuicyVapor has selectable PG/VG and a wide range of sampler options, FreedomSMokeUSA has the choice on all Flavor Range juices and Flavor Range tobaccos (not on samples or Specialties which are all 50/50 but if you thin those with a few drops of distilled water they might flow well enough - no idea since I haven't seen any C owners say what works well). You should get some plain PG juice or whatever Ovale sells to get started - no use having a kit with no liquid. And this will help find some vendors that sell thin blends or have selectable PG/VG
http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...uality-vendors-sells-80pg-20vg-90pg-10vg.html
I did not like FreedomSMokeUSA's Marlboro-alike. Maybe check out Halocigs and VaporStation tobaccos. My tobacco is hardly tobacco - V4L.com WOWbacco which is a cocoa tobacco (and most US cigs including Marlboro have cocoa in them).

I have no idea what size the C atomizers are or if they can use a drip tip, so a plain 510 atomizer and 510 drip tip would be good for testing juices. See LiteCigUSA.net or Liberty-Flights.com or Cignot or most anywhere

Some Boge 510 cartomizers are a great backup if you ever have atomizer or tank problems and are also good for clingy flavors you don't want in your atomizers or for cinnamon or acidic flavors which can etch or crack tanks. I get Boges at Liberty-Flights.com, LiteCigUSA.net, NiteLiteVapor.us, Crystal Clear Vaping. And see if you can pick up a syringe at one of those places - I don't know if a syringe is helpful for filling the C but it's good to have one.

I have the C - because I have zero interest in using cartomizers. I'd recommend picking up some LR atties as well, but they seem to be sold out right now (I was going to get some more this morning).

The only thing that I've purchased (besides juices) in addition to my Ego-C are a couple drip tips, a couple atomizers, some LR atties and some extra tanks. And I think I've probably financed Mom and Pop's Vapor Shop kids' college (if they have any kids, not sure). :p

Buy samples of juices from different vendors you're interested in, then you can buy larger sizes of the ones you really like. I've purchased from 5 different juice vendors, and M&P is where I've landed currently as my favorite juice provider.

I love my Ego-C, and as a beginner, it's been perfect for me. Low maintenance, full flavors (with the LR atty), I can fill a tank and go, I don't have to fill carto's and worry if I've filled them enough or let them sit for 30 minutes before I use them, and I don't have to worry if I'm inhaling any burned carto filler. :)

worry about cartos? for starters a resurrector cartos holds more juice then any atty tank, worry about them being filled is not a worry at all pretty straight forward you can see when they are filled, and not sure who lets a cartos sit for 30min lol. way better vapor, better flavor and throat hit. try both and see which one you like best. i recommend some boge LR cartos, or a resurector cartos to hold more juice. enjoy

And I don't know why you are so urgent but if you are going away somewhere BUY SPARES of EVERYTHING including the charger. Actually it doesn't matter if you are going away or not - you should have spares of all parts for any ecig you depend on. And PLENTY of juice because new vapers are the ones who run out and the mail runs slow these days (and the post office is considering not doing first class mail every day of the week any more)

I stated why "I" have no interest in using carto's. I'm glad they're working out great for you. The Ego-C tanks are working out great for me. :)

Vape on!

Besides some liquid, you are basically good to go. As you get into it you'll want to try different flavors, but for now just pick one or two you like. My Ego-C came with a bottle of tobacco flavored liquid. However, I haven't even tried it because I've never been really thrilled with tobacco flavors. It will work to start, though.

If ordering from Ovale, you can ask for a different flavor than the Tab as your complimentary juice. Someone told me that the Ovale Tab was Dekang RY4. I tried it, I didn't think I would like tobacco, but it is pretty good. When I ordered a second kit for my BF, I asked them to send menthol instead and they did.

I'm sorry, but throwing down $90 for a Ego-C is borderline ridiculous. I'm waiting for Joytech you stamp V2 or Greensmoke on the side of their battery's. For $90 you can find a more satisfying vape than a Ego-C, for the same price you could get a VV Lavatube or a Riva 510 from Liberty Flights, 15 cartos from CCV, and still have $35 for juice. Joytech's new pricing is not a value from any way you look at it in my opinion. Now your paying for the name just like V2, Greensmoke, Etc...I understand paying for convenience (filling Ego tanks) but the price for Ego-c kits, attys, etc is borderline robbery. Besides how long is 1.2ml's of juice really going to last you? Your tanks gunna go dry and your gunna need to whip out the juice. I would rather fill (5) cartomizers and be set for the day and put them in my pocket (takes up less space in my jeans pocket that my change does) than refill a tank and carry juice to refill. Again, just my opinion.

FYI the $90 price I got was from OVALE LLC - ELECTRONIC CIGARETTE (e-cigarette) :: ego-C, changeable system, ego-T, elips, liquid, juice, accessories

OVALE eGo-C ( Black ) - ELECTRONIC CIGARETTE (e-cigarette) :: ego-C, changeable system, ego-T, elips, liquid, juice, accessories

I have to agree with that. The ego-c is way overpriced. I would never buy one but I have tried it and it really is nothing special. I don't get why it costs so much. You could get a Ipro for barely any more which is a LOT better. Something like that can at least justify the higher price tag.

If you tally up - a ego-t kit from joytech (including 2 650 bats, 2 atomizers for tanks, 5 tanks, charger) is around $60 to $65. No sample juice. Ovale ego-c (includes 2 650 bats, 5 atomizer inserts, 2 atomizer recievers, 5 tanks, charger, wall usb out, 20 ml sample juice) is $90. 3 ego-t atomizers around $12 each ( $36 ), 20 ml juice around $11. ego-c atomizer inserts in a 5 pack $28 ( about $5.60 each ). I am happy, and a good vapor maker to boot.

Isn't it awesome that we all have choices? Ego-C isn't for you, but it's perfect for me, and a day after I got mine, I happily paid for a second kit for my boyfriend. Of course, we were early adopters, so we only paid $69.99 for our kits in November.

That said, I still heartily recommend this kit to my friends who are interested in vaping. It's a solid system, great flavors (especially with the LR - in fact, I get more flavor from my tank and LR's than I do from dripping - I even told someone, I don't understand the dripping hype, I get more flavor out of my tank - and I'm using a 1.5 ohm atty for dripping).

Anyway - Paul_S summed it up nicely. You get more bang for your buck with the Ego-C starter kit than you do for the Ego-T from Joytech (which you'd have to purchase additional accessories to be "equal" to the number of accessories in the C starter kit - which makes the T cost more at the end of the day).

I started with ego-t (a's, then b's when they came out...). Overall, not a bad experience, and I was pleased with the vapor production (leak issues aside). I tried ce2 carts, though, and haven't looked back. I'm a carto guy now. I like the ego batteries. If the Ego-C is working for you, then that's awesome! I would, however, recommend you check prices with some more vendors listed here first, though. Cignot usually had ego-t kits priced very reasonably, and Vicki at cignot is very responsive to emails and customer feedback. Just my .02.

and some of us see pictures of thousands of dollars worth of mods lined up like little soldiers and think that some people have lost their freakin' minds... but we (usually) keep our mouths shut.

Isn't it grand that there's something out there for everyone? I fill up 2 or 3 tanks with my favorite juices and throw them in my purse, much like you filling your cartomizers. Not much difference, they both accomplish the same thing. :2cool:

I think some of you misunderstood the rant towards Joytech and some of you took it personally. If you have it was not meant towards anyone one here or there choices of PV's. I just find it hard to believe Joytech can change an atty and then charge you $30 more for a "newer" kit and their ridiculous "new pricing structure". If Provari charged 30% for the same product with a new atty I would post the same comment. If the Ego-C works for you, thats awesome. I would never discourage anyone from vaping and a device that make it easy on convenient for that person is great.

And by the way this is a forum, I will not "keep my mouth shut" as someone suggested. Dont like the post? You can disagree, I stipulated in my post that it was my .02 cents and my opinion. I was merely trying to offer suggestions to what I feel is an overly priced unit, again thats my opinion. I would never tell some one to keep there mouth shut. I didnt take the comment personally, but I was mature enough to reply and clarify and apologize if any misunderstood my comments towards Joytech's latest offering and ridiculous pricing.

Merry Christmas :p

Cignot has a better price for the eGo-C starter at $88 with free shipping.

I have the eGo-C (for about a month now) and I love it. It gives a nice clean vape. My wife was not fond of the cartos/carts and now just fills her tanks for the C and vapes away. Maintenance on the C atty is much easier (than the T) and there is really nothing on the C unit to burn or foul the juice...no poly fill or stuffing. I will probably buy another C kit next month and will gladly pay the $90 for two complete C units with 5 atomizers. :)
