Hi everyone.
I've been using a 510 style from Walmart (Fin) for months and after trying a puff of my friends Kanger earlier this month I'm looking to upgrade. I've been doing my research. First I thought I might buy a Halo Triton but them learned about the Evod and as I researched what was better I learned a lot about this style of E-Cig. At first I thought I wanted a kit that came with two batteries. I'm going to buy two eventually but I've decided I want to buy piece by piece and build my own.
What I found was the Vision E.fire wood kit
however, I realized I can buy just the battery and get a tank separate that I think is more aesthetically pleasing with this battery. I'm going to choose the Dragon design.
I plan to get a Hypertank pyrex with a metal copper finish (maybe even two in order to have two flavors going at once without having to clean the tank out)
also getting a metal dragon drip nozzle with the same copper finish as the tank to top it off.
picking up an ego universal charger too.
Do I need anything else?
one major question I have is.. How long does a coil that comes with a tank last and can I wait a month to buy those? another question about coils, the Hypertank says it comes with a 1.8/2.2 ohm, should I buy 2.8 or a 3.2 when I get replacements? I don't really fully understand how omh effects my experience yet so some insight there is appreciated.
one last thing. I'm picking up two sample flavors (root beer and french vanilla) but recommendations on your favorite flavors and brands is welcome. One question about pg/vg blends, seems like vg makes for a smoother vape hit, is this true? What's your ideal blend?
Thanks in advance for your input. I'm excited to put my order in. All this brings me in around 50 bucks (15 cheaper then the kit).
I think the dragon carved battery, copper tank and matching copper dragon drip nozzle will make for a pretty sweet and unique device. One which I will name "Smaug"!!
