Yup. Don't expect great communication, especially about shipping. Or quick delivery. And shipping could cost you quite a bit.
I've bought a couple things individually, my bulk order is sitting at the post office right now so I don't know if it was filled correctly or not.
The 2 different companies I've used so far are not very good at matching colors. Got one red and one white battery from one (ordered blue) and all white from the other (ordered black). Interested to see what the 20 are going to look like

Is there any one who has done this(besides the obvious dealers) just poking around I have found minis for 3-9 usd and 801s for 16 usd all in 20 part lot minimums.

Ruyandirect is one of the good ones. There are others, but I haven't delt with them, so I can't honestly give you advice about them.

Don't plan on anything right now. The Chinese are celebrating a holiday for the week. Everything is closed.

I've ordered (juice and atomizers) from David Yang at Eastmall - so far so good, I placed my second order on Monday.

I also placed a juice order with Eastmall on Wednesday 4-29. This is my first order direct from China so I'm curious to see how soon I'll get it. Assuming it doesn't get hung up in Customs !

I got a small bulk order through Centraltrade, I will let you guys know how things go.
They seem to have the best prices for smaller quantities, but they also just quit taking PayPal which would be ok with me but the only option seems to be direct wire transfer. If they took credit cards online at least you could appeal to the CC company if you were screwed, but Western Union? I think that was a bad move.

I got my order in while they were still PayPalling, but like I said earlier - the communication from them was terrible. If I hadn't hounded them I wouldn't have known they shipped until I saw the delivery notice on my door. Even with that, I thought it was still in San Fransisco until then, but that's the USPS tracking not EMS.

order as little as 10 kits. Just a bit more at around $20/pc but well worth the service.
Also just received my 40 kit 100+ accs. order on tues took 4 days plus 2 in customs.
I order all my stuff there and will not turn away. We exchange emails all the time and
Wayne has always came thru. Very nice individual, you can't find any better.

I ordered from Bestecigs(dot)com and am pleased with my order.

I ordered on Monday Apr. 20th, and my order came in on Tuesday, Apr. 28th. Not a bad turnaround from China, IMO...

I felt the communication level was fine. I was notified by email they had received my order. On the 21st I was notified by email of a tracking number. There, the communication from Bestecigs stopped - but at that time it went to the shipper's hands, and not much they could say but we shipped it, and here's this number if you want to find out where it is at any given time...

One thing they DONT say that may have helped (but I got the info here at the forums) was that once it is sent out from "GUANGZHOU" it is then in the USPS' hands, and you need to go there to track it.

It took less than 24 hrs for my order to clear Customs. This is good, I think, as this is the place where things can go wrong-- from what I read here, mostly large orders. My order totaled $137 so not tiny, but not HUGE either. For this money, I got 6 atomizers, 5 batteries, 1 USB passthrough, 1 charger/cord, 10 blank cartridges, and 2 bottles of medium menthol juice - 1 free. Bestecig wrote "USB vaporizer $10" on my packing slip. (I ordered a USB kit instead of the regular battery kit)

The entire order was HEAVILY wrapped in bubble paper and taped over with clear packing tape. Practically took an act of god to get into it LOL! But everything seems to be in good order -- I have had probs but I think those were operator error - this is my first ecig. Things are going better now than the first day :)

One thing I learned, is "Foreign Acceptance" does NOT mean it's in Customs :) That just means it's in transit -- which took 5 days. Was in a panic the whole time, thinking it was in Customs about to be rejected. Then it went to "Inbound Into Customs" and I knew I was worried for nothing previously :)

Oh - the ONE fault I have with the order is Bestecig cartridges do NOT have a cap on them -- so you can't fill them and go. Have to carry that dang bottle with you and refill drip by drip, instead of just quickly switching out the empty for a full cartridge....bah! LOL

I am not happy at all with Centraltrade communication at all. The only reason I ordered from them is because no supplier carried a white M401 & 402 with blue or white carts.
When did you place your order kaeo?

We put in an order a couple of days ago and instantly go the email about postage costs.

Paid over the money the following day (time differences make it difficult for anything to happen same working day between here and China).

Next day the order status on our account went over from "on hold" to "processing" (ie acknowledging they had received payment).

Unfortunately, that's where it is going to stay for a little while as most of China is now on a week's holiday (including the shippers).

They have had the notice about their holiday on their website for all this week, at the very least, so we knew this before we placed the order.

What stage is yours at?
