Hi everybody, I'm finding the most frustrating part of this hobby to be buying things. What I mean is, I don't feel that I have found a vendor that satisfies all of my needs. I'm a brand loyalist, whether that's good or bad. And beyond being a brand loyalist I'd love to find a vendor that has everything that I want. I've ordered from quite a few vendors, and every time I go to a new one I'm wishing I didn't have to but the last vendor doesn't have what I want. If I get good customer service somewhere, I'd rather stay with that vendor than move on to the next. I'm guessing that other people feel this as well so I'll ask this: Do you have key vendors that you use for different things? Is finding an all-in-one vendor just wishful thinking?

Oh ya, thanks for mentioning that. Often I am reluctant to buy from a new vendor because I only want 1 small thing from them and I can't justify it! Then I feel like I need to order more stuff that I don't really even want, just to make it worth it...
Finding an "all in one" vendor is probably futile...but it also depends on what sorts of things you need/want.
I do have certain vendors that I use for certain things...2 of them for cartomizers, another 3 for tanks, 3 for various juices (for hubby). As for hardware like batteries, mods, etc.....that's all over the map! It gets kinda overwhelming. And for my DIY, it's pretty simple, except of the two vendors I use for DIY stuff (excluding PG and VG which I get from Amazon) one's prices are good on nic base, but high on TFA flavor, and the other is good with TFA prices, but high with nic base. So I get stuck in a Catch 22 there.

I'd suggest finding 2-3 vendors that, together, have all you need. There are many vendors with great customer service, but I don't think you'll find one that has EVERYTHING you want.
I have found a couple hardware vendors I rely on mainly because of great customer service and product availability and reliability.
When I spend money I expect a good product at a reasonable price. There are so many products and new ones arriving everyday it's hard for vendors to keep up.One stop shopping for everything would be great if you find that vendor let me know.

Right on, at this point I'm really interested in clearos and small LR drippers. I have had good service from MyVaporStore, and Desertvapes, but it really seems like I just have to go with whoever has what I need in stock. Thanks for the responses so far everybody.
We need an amazon for vaping. A company with a huge amount of money to stock alot of everything. I hate sourcing from several different vendors and wasting time looking at several other sites that are out of stock of everything.
Better yet, a company should find a good way to set up drop shipping, direct from the manufacturers to the customers. I work for a very large internet retailer and due to awesome supply chain management we can literally source ANYTHING where our competitors would have to purchase it before the customer can. Middle-manning at its finest!
Agreed . . . Shopping and purchasing from multiple vendors for our items can be quite a frustrating experience. I have some 6 or 7 sub vendor folders in my mailbox listed under Vaping. The extra shipping costs is maddening, as well. However, at the end of the day, I am pleased that I am able to procure what I need, in most cases.
Until the a rumored/potential Big Brother clamp down, in a manner of speaking, of our juices and whatnot, I consider myself fortunate to be able to shop and order items, as I pleased. Many other vapers around the world do not have this luxury.

Or one vendor that you always go to to purchase your preferred juice delivery method if you find one that you like best and want to use exclusively. Not likely to find one vendor to supply all your battery holders (cig-alikes or APV's) from unless you only vape with one or maybe two different models. Its also possible to use only these three different vendors for all the other "little" odds and ends you may need for vaping but that all depends on what your wishes and needs are. If you DIY your juice you will likely need another vendor for you DIY supplies. And to successfully only use 3 or 4 vendors you will also have to be stocked up well enough to be able to wait sometimes when things are out of stock for stock to be replenished.

In my short time here I've learned that, for the most part, the best quality stuff is sold by individual vendors who only make that one thing. Ibtanked has great glass, Ikenvape makes the best cartos, ProVari, etc. I have unintentionally moved away from the mass produced Chinese stuff and find myself gravitating towards stuff made in the US.
Once you get dialed in on the gear you want, just stock up on it. My first month of vaping, I had stuff in the mail every day for a month. Now I've found the gear I like and I'm stocking up when it's available.
My frustration is with out of stock stuff. Maybe these indie vendors should get together and cloud-fund an e-cig superstore.

i too, find myself using many different vendors for my supplies. the main reason many times is finding items in stock.
also, many vendors seem to specialize in one or two types of set-ups. and dont have all the choices. some carry clearomizers but not cardos and tanks for example

I'm glad I'm seeing these responses from more experienced purchasers. I am already following in the same fashions so that makes me feel a lot better about it.
At this point, I'm very content with my eGo batteries and will not be getting anything else for the time being. With that said, I'm also really happy with my T3's and I'll continue rebuilding these for now. I have in the past purchased my juices from where ever my parts were coming from. But now, having a satisfying setup, I'm looking to buy really well flavored juices, as that is where my vaping experience is lacking.
