Buying from VooPoo direct is a risk. Learning of a sale I ordered a silver tank I wanted to try. They sent a black one. CS said they ran out of silver so sent the black one. No offer to exchange, or refund. They did say silver would be back in stock in a few weeks and offered a 50% off code. Ok, I waited, double checked their site and ordered one. Guess what? Yes, they sent another f$&#ing black one.
Rather than simple say on their site what is and isn’t in stock, like 99% of others, they just keep your money and send whatever they need to get rid of. And yes, no refund no exchange.
