Hey guys. This question only really applies to anybody who knows about UK law. How long can I buy pg/vg nicotine? I have bought only 1 500ml bottle so far but have decided another 6-7 bottles will keep me going till i'm 80. I only use 2 ml in a 10 ml bottle. Does anybody know if or when buying nicotine will be banned/illegal in the UK???

Defo. Funny just found the vaping bogan. Foul mouthed but funny. Yeah I hope for your sake too. The only problem I take from that is as it seems the nhs will use the ecig, which is great. But that will turn the trade into something which needs medical license, that means most products can't afford the huge cost which licenses cost, apparently.

Thanx. At the moment I am at my parents and cannot freeze!! I have the nicotine sealed with polycone lids in amber glass bottles. Will I be okay to put them in the freezer before the stated 2 year shelf life has been reached. So after 18 months of buying the nicotine, can I freeze them then and still get decades??@Jimi D.

If the UK Government fully implement the TPD (Tobacco Products Directive), technically from May 2016 no nicotine concentration above 2% (20mg/ml) will be allowed - Which in effect means nothing above 1.8% (manufacturers erring on side of caution)

But they (UK Gov) have yet to announce what aspects, if any, they are going to comply with. (Though knowing the UK Government, they'll probably go with all of it...unless they find a way to tax it first )

Try to keep in as cool and dark environment as possible. Can't even get it in the refrigerator? That would help. Also stick those bottles in a ziplock bag, just in case one breaks. It has happened, unfortunately.

I would at the very least keep it in a dark place and sealed

boo. Thanks @bloodless2010 Hopefully it'll never get to that point but I wondered if there's something (else) I don't know. I'll keep buying for now. Cheers

In the U.S., but decided not to take the risk.
I have about 4500ml 100mg in the Freezer and only vape 3mg/ml.
Picked up 2 Gal Vg - 1 PG plus have local farm supply.
80+oz of unopened Flavorings

I think I'm well covered for a while.:D

I buy my VG and PG from Classikool via Amazon in the UK for £7.49 and £8.99/litre respectively. Free UK mainland postage, which is sent 2nd class.

I can't see how VG will ever not be sold as it's used in homemade cough/sore throat remedies. It's also used in skincare. Lol Believe Boots* sells it for £1.29/200ml?

*other chemists are available. ;)

PG and VG will be available whatever the UK does in respect of the tpd it's only nicotine liquid you need to stock up on to be safe. As far as the NHS is concerned they at best will adopt an ego\ce tank type setup but more likely some form of cigalike such as the blu or whatever is out there now (sorry haven't got a clue about that market). UK flavours have decent nicotine liquid 70% a litre for about £53 about the best deal I've found so far I'm looking to have between 5 and 10 litres in the freezer by next may just to be safe. As if this wasn't bad enough that bastion of integrity the EU have decided the original tpd doesn't go far enough and are readying new legislation that will totally kill ecigs in the EU.

Seems the more research that comes out in favour of ecigs the harsher some want to hit it those pharmaceutical companys are certainly throwing the cash around to remove ecigs thank God the EU is so corrupt and it's made it so easy for them.
