I thought the law had already been passed ages ago and we had 2 years from that date. I think that was particularly the states but the UK will probably follow close behind. We usually do. Am I wrong about this?

Yes, the EURO "law" (TPD) has been passed.... two years ago :(.... and now there's a deadline for implementing it, May 2016 .

That means that that's the LATEST but the gov could do it before as well...

Also, once it's implemented there will possibly/probably? be a delay of a few months to a year or even two, a sort of grace period to allow people to sell remaining stocks and get "TPD-ready".

The problem is ....that no one really knows what they're going to do or WHEN or if there will be a grace period of some kind at all (or how long it could be).

At this point everyone is still guessing & its mostly conjecture....Guess it will just "fall "on us. and we'll know then .

Either way it makes sense to stock up as best you can now, at least a minimum so as to avoid bad surprises... like that you'll be covered and if it turns out not to be needed,no loss, right ? = you can still use the stuff ;)!

you can start off with 50£ worth of NIC base, that would already give you some leeway and peace of mind ;)....

Dunno how much NIC you usually vape but you could already go a long way with 50£ worth of highly concentrated NIC Base .Buy in a strong % and you can dilute later with pure zero nic pg or VG .

The tpd has been deliberately vaguely worded allowing such a wide range of interpretation that it's ridiculous as legislation and highly demonstrates what a corrupt and morally bankrupt organisation the EU is. Sooner we Brits get the chance to get the hell out of the mess the better and that should be within the year I can't wait to vote out. Least then our politicians will have to take the responsibility for what they implement and won't be able to blame and hide behind the EU.
