Buying pipettes locally?

Hey ecf I know I can buy syringes at pharmacies, but cleaning them scares me for DIY juices. I prefer disposable pippettes but dont know where to get them. Michael's arts and crafts didn't have any.

You can get them very cheap on ebay. To clean the syringes I fill sink with some hot water and just fill
the needle with the water then plunge it out, do it a few times and its clean.
