So I see on the site that it comes in a slotted for 808 now. This is KR808D-1 correct?

Any reason to sell the 901 and 808 versions separately...I mean, 901 works on the 808 just fine right? Does it?

Yes the 901 works fine on the 808 top cap , not all people know that and some want just 901 so !

Got it! Just making sure. IMO the slot maybe will serve the 901 better too, maybe allowing it to suck up juice out of the juice well. Looking forward to trying it out...

A 901 on the 808 will have more air draw as well !

The 901 and 808 have the same threads but the 808 vents from the bottom and the 901 connector inhibits that airflow. The 901 vents from the side and you can use a 901 on either an 808 or 901 connector successfully because of that. But the 808 on a 901 doesn't work that well.
