I am really enjoying my Buzz Pro but have a question concerning the durability. My original Buzz I felt comfortable taking outside with me as it seemed more closed to the environment. With my new BuzzPro I am concerned about lint or dirt entering the tube in the wheel area because I figure if I can see inside the tube anything can get inside. Am I right in being concerned? Can lint and dirt enter through the wheel area and if so what damage can it do? I would really like to take it out and about but don't want to damage it.
For those of you that don't know me I am a professional dog trainer so a LOT of my time is spent outdoors.
Thanks for taking the time to read this and I hope to get some good advise. ;)

With all the Buzz Pro users, I've never heard a single complaint about this.
The PCB inside the tube is coated to protect it from juice contamination, so I doubt some dust/dirt would upset it.

Put it through a real everyday test for 7 days and see what you come up with. You have 6 months warranty with the most excellent of customer service, which of course is standard for the most excellent of VVPV's available.

We have an Army member in Afghanistan using a Buzz Classic(the original Buzz) as well as the BuzzPro and his PV's get to see more action than he does, and they are giving him perfect vaping 24/7. That's about the best test I can think of.

So if the Buzz Classic and the Buzz Pro can earn the Army Soldier seal of approval, they'll work just fine for the rest of us. :thumb:

As an added plus, they are "Wharfingly Cool".

Let us know of your findings.

Thanks Rosco, what a wise suggestion. :) I tend to be a bit hard on well hmmmm everything:blush:, I put most of the guys I know to shame when it comes to putting stress on equipment of all sorts. I went to purchase cell phones for Hubby & I, he got the nice little one and I got the most durable one I could find.:p

So a 7 day test is an excellent idea.....just got to keep it out of the water. Yep dropped one PV in the pond, ya should have seen me wading barefoot "feeling" for it. I did find it, dried it out, replaced the batteries and it fired right up. No I don't reccomend the water test and NEVER want to repeat that.

One thing that you can be very sure of is that Mike stands behind his product 100% Knowing that I would not be at all worried about taking it out and about. Put it through the paces and let the rest of us know how you make out. :) Army Guy had so much sand and dirt in his OB that it stopped firing just before he left for Afghanistan. BUT with a little direction from the Buzz Army he was able to get it all cleaned out and it is as good as new. Plus I do know that the BP is sealed so it should be even more reliable if thats possible :) I truly don't think that you could do damage that could not be easily reversed :)

Mianker, you need one of these! http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...forum/177608-griffs-leather-mod-holsters.html

I LOVE mine!! You don't even have to take it out of the holster to vape!

I had my BP with me last week in Jamaica, it was with me most of the time on the beach. I had no issues with sand, suntan lotion, and umm I sat it in my rum punch <face palm> cup once. I dropped it on a tile floor, lost the juice from my tank when it hit the floor, but tank and BP survived just fine. I also had my Infinity with me, I knocked it off the nightstand onto the tile floor, landed drip tip first, pushed the dt into the cartomizer and broke the drip tip, but the Infinity wasn't harmed. I'm not sure other PVs could have taken the abuse I subjected my BP and Infinity this past week.

Well it doesn't look like I will be testing the durability. I meant to take my Buzzpro outside with me and accidentally grabbed the other PV that was sitting on the counter. I was working one of the dogs, dog bumped me and the PV went flying into a mud puddle. All I could think was I was glad it wasn't my Buzz.:p I may eventually decide to take him outside but for now he remains housebound.

BTW Bovinia I have a Griff holster and LOVE it!!!!
