I knew something was up when I hadnt heard from them all weekend. Saw I had a voice mail from Don so I gave him a shout.

Deana also said shes so sorry shes behind on the drawings. She has done them and has winners. Once things are normal she will catch up.

Also note those that have orders in, they are working to get them all shipped. Please be patient.

Vaps, Yeah I talked to them. No good news. Looks like a couple of days at least for store. Longer for them personally.



For those with pending orders, Ill try to get an update on shipment. I know they are trying to get them out, just dont know when.

From today 3/29/13:

Just a quick update. I havent talked to Don or Deana since Day before yesterday. I do however know they are fine and just taking some dearly needed time to deal with the situation. That is all for now.

I will probably give them a shout later tonight. Ive been trying to give them some space. I will update with some more details once I can.

I placed my order on Sunday the 24th. I got an email this morning that my ordered shipped today. Looks like they are resuming shipments. I hope all is okay with their family.

I talked to don last night. As far as I know all existing orders are shipped. There is no ETA on reopening the store at this time. At very least it will be a few more days. I will try to let everyone on both threads know once they have an expected reopening date.

Quick update.
It will likely be a while longer for the store. I should have a more specific time frame tomorrow. Please keep them in your thoughts/prayers as they go through this tough time.

PSA:

The kroms have lost a close Family member. I will not elaborate any more than that. It has been a difficult week and they have several hard days left to finalize things. Please keep them in your thoughts and prayers over the next few days.

Tentatively they plan to reopen the Store Sunday April 7th in the Morning. Barring no unforeseen events, people should be able to order at that time. They expect volume will be heavy, so be patient and expect processing delays. They will only be taking around 500 orders for the week, so the store may not be open all 5 days next week.

The website should be updated today with the opening information

Today's update:

OK all heres your daily update

Talked to Don for quite some time today. Things are closing out from their tragedy. Other than emotional healing it is now behind them. They would like to thank everyone for the mass amount of support, prayers, and all such things. Deana plans to pop in on Sunday and express her thanks personally.

That said they are taking a much needed 2 day vacation to clear their minds. They still plan to open the store on Sunday. The first few days they plan to limit the orders to around 100 per day. They plan to extend the days open through the weekend as much as possible over the next several weeks until they go on the cruise. This way those who have been in need can all order prior to their cruise.

Those that had issues on their last orders (you know who you are) will be taken care of first thing monday.

Pretty much everything should be in stock when they open with a few pleasant surprises. I leave everyone to browse the site for that. Im told the site will be updated later tonight with alot of what I said here and restock (dont forget that they dont open till sometime sunday morning ).

Oh my....I am so sorry to hear that Don and Deanna are going thru the loss of a loved one. My prayers are with them both for renewed strength, and that their thoughts will be filled with many wonderful memories and heartfelt moments.
