BWB: The Best Customer Service I Have Experienced So Far.

I went to Don a few months ago when vaping had lost it's charm with me and his juices rekindled my love for vaping. I would possibly be back to smoking cigarettes if it wasn't for him, because I was tired of dealing with a new company every week in my search for a superior source for eliquid.

In the course of my first order, I had a question for him that ended up in him giving me a call. I enjoyed talking to him and placed another order by phone a couple weeks later. We had another good conversation and have continued to stay in touch to the present day.

Maybe I am a "fanboy" as some call it, but I am just glad I found BWB because I was tired of it all. When I find something good that is consistent, I tend to stay with it.

I wanted to write this because every action has an equal and opposite reaction.

Same here FAUXPUFF, BWB was the first juice I fell in love with as a vaper and i'm very thankful that I found it. For me Don's customer service has also been one of the best i've experienced.

Don makes some of the best juice there is. Not every one of his juices has been a home run for me, but they've all been good and three of his juices are on my short list of favorites. Great stuff and a great guy.

Yup, I'll vouch for Don as well. Out of everything I ordered from him, the only one I didn't use down to the last drop was Hunter's Blend. I didn't like it so I gave it to my brother and now he's begging me for more of it!

Great thread. I think not only is the superfast shipping as good as it gets, the complete lack of drama is a huge plus as well. And really, once you get your hands on strawberry or Don's take on RY4 or whatever ends up floating your boat, it's nice to know you can just place an order, receive your order, vape. (Plus try whatever new juice you've had your eye on and couldn't resist dropping in your cart!)

(I have to say, I do find the comments that his juice is too mellow really odd. I have a pretty good palate, but nothing exceptional or in the "super-taster" realm, but I'd put his stuff at the top of the heap of what I've tried for flavor. So, of course, to each their own, which is kind of the point.)

Some of his flavors are pretty mellow at first. Let them sit for awhile and they get much stronger. But most of them are great right out of the box.

Some of his flavors are pretty mellow at first. Let them sit for awhile and they get much stronger. But most of them are great right out of the box.

Alot of them do get stronger with age. I had someone send me a Honey flue back that was like 6 months old and my god was it strong.

I would like to thank you too.
I ordered blueberry, dulce de leche, & melonbacco a couple of weeks ago.
I let them sit for a week (as I've read I should do).
The resulting product is some of the best I have tried from anyone.
The blueberry is sweet with a little tang...perfect.
Melonbacco took some getting used to, but I love it.
The Dulce...holy cow...smooth & buttery & sweet...
Your stuff is fantastic!
I will be ordering up some more soon.

As for his customer service...
I was having problems getting my order to go through the website, kept getting an error...
(My dumb ... put 6 digits in my zip code)...he responded to my cry for help right away.
We had a good laugh and my order was at my door on the 3rd day after I ordered.

I have a major problem with Backwoods Brew.







I like every flavor I've tried so much, I can't pick just one or two to vape. I need to place a new order soon and I want to order like ten different flavors. RY4, Casablanca, Pumpkin Spice, HFCN, Ejoker Blend, Menthol Tobacco, Maple Tobacco, Cherry Tobacco, Applewood... all so good, I can't decide! And I still need to try the 555 and Hunters Blend! And now I hear there's a new Smoke flavor? Why, Don? Why?
