Hello people...I had to start this thread. Maybe, there are issues going on at bwb and the vapor talk store and if there are then they have my apologies. If there are no personal issues...how long must I wait for juice I want to try?
I want to try ry4, the joker and Casablanca from bwb and they have been out of stock for at least as long as I have been to their website. It has to be at least 3 weeks. Is this normal? Do customers get these juices by calling or sending a pm? At some point, it becomes frustrating and you say to yourself, what's the point. Must I wait a month to get a juice to try and then I really like it and then I have to wait another month to get it. This is a sure fire way of losing new customers. Does bwb want new customers or are they satisfied with the following they have already? I do not know the answer to that.
There is definitely something wrong with this approach to selling juice. I know of course I am going to get slammed again because I have a rant about something. Remember, though I said if there is a problem I do not know about, bwb has my apologies. In my opinion if you cannot get your best juices out there to your customers, why make and sell the juice?
As far as the vapor talk store is concerned, maybe something is wrong there and if so, my apologies. On the other hand, if there are no problems what is going on here...this site is a joke...half of all the merchandise is pot of stock. Are they in business or are they not. I have been waiting for the dulsis for 6 weeks. I forgot what it taste like. I think they have 13 or 14 juices and like 10 are out of stock.
There must be a problem here, if not, they should close down their store...I go to their site everyday and I see it stated that the juice will be here in 2 weeks...that was 6 weeks ago. I would love to be able to make juice and sell it...it's probably a great business to be in and something you can take pride in to sell a quality juice just like a great wine. But, you have to have the juice. I do not see the logic from a business point of view.
Personally, if I had such a great business like making quality juice, I would make sure my customers would get their favorite juice. If I am wrong my apologies to bwb and the vapor talk store.
