BWB, what's going on?

I have been with BWB for several years now. Never had a single issue. Last week placed an order. The next day got an e-mail saying my order was cancelled. No explanation. Emailed back asking what happened. No answer still. I am almost all out
My order before the one last week, got shipped over a week later and only after I emailed Don asking where my order was. Could not use the ecf10 coupon when placing order. Aaaaaaaand when I received my order I realized it was one 30ml bottle short So, BWB what's going on? Is this a temporary thing? Or should I just start looking for a different supplier? What say you?
