After much thought and consideration I will be removing the guarantee of all cartomisers and consequently closing this thread as of Monday . The reason is not that I don't stand by the product,it's I feel if you have a quality product and use it properly it should not fail .Now since I cannot send out the syringes (due to legal issues) to fill the carto properly it's much harder to guarantee the product that's not given the proper tools in order to assure it's smooth operation. Unfortunately due to the guarantee I've had many take advantage of the guarantee and just simply find it hard to justify the end to the means. Don't get me wrong I've had bad cartos myself, and will continue to replace a bad 1 or 2 for my customers as needed, but the claims of people buying a carto deal then say they had 14 of the 15 go bad just doesn't seem fair to me the vendor as I'm sure you can understand. I will leave this thread open till Monday for people to voice their opinions and thoughts and will then close it with a link to the new thread.

Hey Andrew,

Totally understand where you're going there. I kind of thought you were crazy to begin with when you started the guarantee. You are still a great vendor despite the recent hiccups (I got my order and am enjoying the cartos as I type this).

I hope you'll start another CCV discussion thread since this one transcended the guarantee a long time ago.

Well I for one Don't blame you at all, I would do the same thing. There is some people that will take advantage of you if they can and that is a shame. I do hope you have a link to a new thread because that is how we find out about new things you get or problems with other things like when you got so far behind in orders, it helps us to understand. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

Oh, so sad! Dropped my pv in the parking lot and chipped the new purple drip tip!
I guess that means I have to place another order soon...stockpile Resurrectors for a new purple drip tip, lol! Really debating the bolt, too. I like a cylinder pv for work and the egos are getting older but I don't want to buy more proprietary batts- Andrew, do you plan to stock the extender for the Bolts so they can hold a 18650? Not a deal breaker, but a consideration.

I just received my first order from CCV and got my bolt today. The threads are smooth, button is nice. The wrinkle metal has a nice feel in the hand. I'm hoping his shipping issue is resolved - my order took 33 days to get here but the device is nice and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Yes we are back to same day or 24 hour shipping, but there are a few orders out there I'm sure, I'm not aware of, just let me know I'll promptly take care of it.

I never use the stamps.com, as it's rarely up to date. Though the usps.com site isn't perfect (by any means), I always track there if I want to see the state of my order. :) You can highlight the tracking number and copy/paste.

I have been buying from you for quite a while and never got a bad carto. One time there was only 3 in a box, only problem I have ever had. These cartos are inexpensive, I don't think most of us worry about a bad one here or there.

Ending the guarantee will not matter to me at all.

ive bought about 100 cartos from here and had only 2 doa. ive never bothered sending them in or even mentioning it because its no big deal. if andrew would not have guaranteed the cartos, i would have bought just as many. maybe it was a peace of mind for some but...the guarantee didnt make any bit of difference to me.

60 resurrector cartos in, (both green and clear packages) and not a single dud.

You have a great product, I see no need for a "guarantee". They're LR anyway, I've never heard of anyone standing behind low resistance cartos or atomizers.

You have gone beyond the norms of customer service and I thank you for that. You have my continued support, and my continued orders.

Andrew, when you close this thread, could you please add the link to your new thread here?

I have no problem with you doing away with the guarantee.

Yea - good idea!

Sashwa, Canoeist - Andrew already said he would in his post above. :)
