Other than using plastic tips, no. Some designs do hold more heat than others I've found.
With my Pyrex and Glass tips, I haven't had any overheating problems with my tips.
I use Delrin tip. But wait. While I was hanging for an answer to my post, I noticed I had a piece of 5/16" ID vinyl tubing laying on my desk. I was going to use it as an extension for my pv's based on this observation.

I didn't like the taste of my juices thru the vinyl, so I bought their product.
I cut a piece of the tubing, about 1" long. worked it onto the carto and then attached my drip tip.
It's a little work getting on the carto but worth it.
It may not win any fashion contest but seems to work.

2 plastic or 1 metal drip tip that are free with all carto bundles need to change the statement to:
2 plastics or 1 metal or 1 transparent drip tip.
Only had a few people think that since transparent were plastic should get 2 of them, but a few is a few to many.
Changing this in the descriptions on my site now.

Just heads up,,, the final black-n-mild ingredient arrived today, mixing up a batch tonight, be on website for ordering Thursday, had an issue also with a few orders some reason my cart software set them as pending status which placed them at bottom of 5 pages of orders, happened to 6 orders these six orders I'm going to send free sample of black-n-mild at 18mg strength out for the inconvenience.
If you had juice in the order send black-n-mild out at the strength of your other juices, or 18mg if unknown(18mg kinda common ground).
Since ecf doesn't allow me to post replays in Phils review thread guess answer the question here, yes these are smoke-tech mega 1.7, as for leaking I've never had this issue, of course i use only 100% VG juices.
BTW all my custom juices are 100% VG adding that to the labels.
If you had juice in the order send black-n-mild out at the strength of your other juices, or 18mg if unknown(18mg kinda common ground).

So placing another carto order tomorrow and may throw some juice in... Though the resurrectors can handle it, I prefer thinner juice..... Are they very thick VG juices or have alcohol to thin it down?

Just checking in to see if I'm on the mailing list this week. Last we talked they (Resurrectors) would be in Monday and mailed out. I thought I would see a shipping notice when we got back from vacation, but not yet. We did have a problem with CC processor though so it's understandable.
