It seems to me that the medical institution often has no idea what causes a particular ailment but because they are 'supposed' to know they default on the side that says everything kills you. In that context perhaps Mayor Glass should ban time as well.

Now there is a ban I could get on board with.

Hmmm.. bladder cancer caused by second hand smoke.... I am not saying impossible... but um... please correct me if I am wrong... most cancers that are associated with second hand smoke have to do with breathing implements... Well he is a politician critter... so maybe he breaths with his urethra.
