The Board of Health is expected to meet TODAY Wednesday, November 6, to consider passing a so-called “Nicotine Free Generation” (NFG) law that would ban sales to anyone born on or after January 1, 2004. The board is also considering a rule that would restrict sales of nicotine pouches to adult-only stores.
