Imagine - As for the NC bill, I see this -
Require all retailers of "vapor products" (e-cigarettes) in North Carolina who sell via the Internet to purchase expensive age verification software at a cost of approximately $7,000 a year.

Ok, so leaving ALL the other arguments alone; like "are ecigs 'tobacco products?'" and "does age verification software really even work?" Can you verify the software actually costs that much? I did some poking around and ran across this ECF thread, which doesn't actually quote a price.

i am not sure...the ones i have seen charge you per transaction...so in that case would be based on sales volume.
