Dear Customers, we are continuing to work through the pre-order refund list and will have this completed shortly.

Customers that have orders over 60 days cannot refund via the normal method. We are discussing this with our Paypal Account Manager and hope to have this resolved tomorrow.

In the event this can't be resolved we will use the send money option to reimburse for orders.

I apologize for the delay, we are inundated with emails and can assure you that all refunds will be honored. We regret that the stock for the last order could not be shipped from the supplier to alleviate these issue.

I'm over the 45 day dispute timeframe but I tried to open a dispute anyway. This is the message I got:

Thank you for registering your complaint about this transaction. Unfortunately, this type of transaction is not eligible for PayPal dispute resolution. We encourage you to continue to work directly with your seller, as we have found that many misunderstandings reach amicable solutions through communication.

Might I suggest that continual PP disputes are somewhat pointless and are creating more hassle that no one really needs.

good news for me....
after i made the dispute...20 min ago.....in 10 min i got my refund from GG UK....of course i lost some money from the exchange ....i gave 204 euros and i got back 200....but at least they refund me....so all is good for me.

no joy here yet , but its good to hear that people are getting refunded . i am happy for you :)

I received a refund within the hour for one oof three of my orders. I feel aweful for doubting cam to the extent I did, but I believe the reasons were just. I'm In two minds about paypal disputing the other two as by rights unless I get the refund before midnight they are outside of the weeks grace period. This has been a complete shambles, but at least, four some reason, a slight progress has been made. Momentum must keep up until all are refunded.

I will update my previous post to state the refund took place.

Confidence is slowly being restored , I also had doubts and feel bad for it but its understandable . If I get a full refund (and now I believe I will) I would not hesitate doing business with him in the future

I haven't gotten a refund yet, but i'm sure it will come.

Refunds do seem to be coming, and judging from forum activity, theres only a few of us left that haven't gotten their refunds.
Hopefully we can soon put all this chaos behind us and move forward....
