Do i just build normal on this as i would anything else? 1.0 ohm 27 ga 6 wraps?

Yep!!
spaced, compressed, Kanthal, Stainless...

Just wrap, secure, adjust, wick, fill and vape.

I use rayon and trim wicks even with the housing, JFC open about 5-8 "twists". Fired by Esterigon.

What's this rayon stuff then? Does it give off better flavor?

With an RTA when using rayon I would prime the coil wire a little.

Drip a little juice on your coil before wicking. Pulse your mod till the juice burns some. Repeat this about 5 times. This builds up a little coating on the coils. Wick it, fill it, vape it.

Rayon, as with cotton, has a little taste to it. Priming the coils takes away that taste. I recommend reading that thread on rayon. Not all of it but to get a general idea of how to wick with it and the way it works opposed to the way cotton works.

I also have the tile v2, it's a very good rta. As with the rayon, I have been using it for a year or 2 and do prefer it over cotton. I bought a huge box that will literally last me a life time. Within the time I have been using it, I have tried ... cotton a few times but keep going back to rayon. As for it being totally different to cotton, I hear this alot but kind of disagree. Although i find the flavor, wicking, and longevity better then cotton, I don't find that I have to wick it any differently. Maybe the only slight difference is , is that in some rtas, I use a smidgen more rayon compared to cotton, but not by much. It seems that in my rtas that have juice control, I use the same amount of rayon compared to cotton, but in my rtas that have no JC, I use just a slight bit more rayon compared to cotton. In my tilemos, I only open the JC one full complete 360 degree turn, plus a half, that's with juices 50/50 to 30/70 vg and vaping around 25 watts. If you vape a higher vg, then maybe open a bit more. I heard 5 to 8 turns by someone else which seems alot, but this is the fun of rebuilding, you find what works good for you.
