camel doesn't taste right

I just got some 24 mg camel from myfreedomsmokes but to me it tasted strange. like clove to be exact. is this normal for the camel flavor?

Not sure about the one from myfreedomsmokes, but the prefilled 'Desert Ship' cartomizers I got from vaperheads which may or may not have been intended as a play on the camel name. (I thought so) Seemed to have a drying effect to top of mouth kinda like the hay taste I've heard mentioned.

Really having a hard time with flavors in general. Cant taste the camel I'm smoking right now, cant really taste the Desert Ship either just notice the drying sensation (not really unpleasant just there), and even the DrPepper although mom/stepfather get an instant uggh nasty taste again no real taste to me maybe a hint of sweetness, but guess my taste buds are fryed and may never come back even if I quit analogs totally.

Just remember before you ditch a flavor for good, save it and try it after your taste buds have had a week or two to recover. If still nasty to you, can either save for emergency vape or give/trade away to a buddy.

I just got a FreedomsmokeUSA Newport and it tastes nothing like a Newport or ..any other cigarette? Has more of a jalapeno juice like flavor when I'm thinking it should be a strong menthol. I have a V4l Kamel menthol thats good. Mabe you can try vapor4life Kamel if your looking for a Camel like juice.

I actually thought their newport tasted like celery, raw celery. Didn't get jalapeno but definitely raw vegetable of some sort

All the e-juice I have tried has a very subjective. Your perspective, particular feelings, beliefs, desires on what the juice "should" taste like is not the same as others. Keep trying different camels until you find the right Camel for you. new juice has to come into it's own,,that being said if you order juice you need to let it set for a few days, it gets more flavor in it...also you might have got a bad batch or mis labelled bottle of juice,,contact the vendor,,they usually work with you to make it right....

i've tried several tobacco flavors... none really come close to the good ol nastiness of a real smoke. The camel I prefer is from Dekang, reminds me of taylors pride chewing tobaccy.

nicotinenirvana.com has a camel turkish blend I really enjoy. I smoked Camel Turkish Royals and the taste was comparable.

Since eliquid tobacco flavors are created (I think) by soaking the tobacco in liquid and then distilling the result to a concentrated form... Well, it really tastes more like raw tobacco than anything smoked.

That said, I found that I preferred so called virginia varieties better than what I really smoked before. I've left tobacco flavors behind altogether - except for a bit of clove now and then. I have read some very positive reviews about the following tobacco flavors: dark vapure, Wyatt Earp, and Shade from Freedomsmokeusa.
