Can’t change mode on my Dovpo topside?

I got my mod yesterday and for some reason I’m not able to change between bypass mode and wattage mode, anyone knows how I can fix it?

press and hold the fire button and the - button, it should flip over after a few seconds

I have tried that but it didn’t work maybe it’s was broken out if the box. There is a little scratch behind the screen when I first got it, I didn’t wanted to return it because it wasn’t that big and i didn’t want to wait another week for the seller to send me a replacement but I guess I have no choice. Thanks for helping

When you email the seller it helps to send a short video showing that it won't go back to wattage mode.

if you press and hold the - and + button does it lock those keys?

I can't get mine to do a firmware update but oh well I only use watts anyways, also at times my fire button sticks (I gave up with the place I bought mine from, I sent them a video of it, pics of the warranty and stuff...but they keep stalling asking for another pic or that the pics I sent were blurry, they weren't....oh well)

Gosh dern it!
I can't decide between the Topside and the Squeeze 2.
Every time I think the Dovpo issues have been resolved, another, like this pops up. (persists)
Sticky buttons and leaks and firmware issues, Oh my!

Grrr.. The deliberation continues.
