can a zap be modified into a zau

My question is simple. I have a zap coming for my provari. And initially it was go8ng to be my last big purchase. But I'm considering a nemesis. I assume the zap wont fit cause of the skirt on the nemesis. My question is is there a way to remove the skirt either by disassembly or cutting it off and sanding it smooth.

You won't be able to remove it by disassembly. The skirt is part of the ss base. You would have to cut it off.

Yea, I've seen quite a few swaps of the models in the Classifieds. I prefer gennys on mech mods but a lot of people like them on VV/VW mods. Try it you might like it and not need the Nem.

You have a couple of options for different mods to use it on. Mine will fit the K-100 and I've heard it'll fit nicely on the Puresmoker Legacy.

actually according to zen it is not one piece, i thought it was too, but told us it wasn't when one of the zenfidels was having a problem with the skirt spinning. it is actually glued in place. he hid the seams awefully damned well.

I can confirm that the provari skirt can be removed. I was cleaning my ZAP last night and was able to remove it. I guess the glue was loose and was able to just twist off. The problem now tho, is that the skirt holds the tank in place. Without it, the tank can be slid off from the bottom.

The skirt on my ZAP spins but only so much, I thought it was so you could line up your air hole where you want it. Stupid me
