I tried to send this to CS through the website, but it's too long and I don't have a different email address to send it to.
I got an email from you on February 1st stating that you had shipped the last of my order (that would be the 5 blank cartomizers that were on backorder). I checked on the status today and it said:
"The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on February 01, 2011 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. Information, if available, is updated periodically throughout the day. Please check again later."
Does this mean that the package has NOT been shipped yet? As in, actually taken to the post office? Seems strange that they would send me an email saying that it has been shipped without actually shipping it? Or am I just missing something?
