I found a Cinnamon flavoring that I like but the supplier won't tell me who makes it. I thought perhaps one of you Gurus might be able to help. I'm willing to order and try flavorings until I find it. I'd like to know more about the ingredients; from a health perspective, and only the actual manufacturer will know that. I'm not going to side-step my supplier, he found it and I'll continue to buy it from him, I just need to know what's in it.

1) it's kind of a red hot flavor, definitely not cinnamon bun
2) it's strong!
3) it has a slight yellow tinge to it
4) it remains cloudy for a LONG time, no matter how much heat (110 deg. Max) or agitation you give it.
5) I was assured by the seller that there is no oil in it.

Thanks in advance for your help.

well.. i absolutely love the breed.. you just have to accept that they really shouldn't exist, and you have to take care of a few factors due to that. mostly they don't handle heat well at all. at all.. they really don't handle any temp change well.. just like most short muzzled breeds.. the muzzle is the radiator..the longer the muzzle the better the cooling...

they have to artificially inseminate most of the time bc the bodies just don't line up right.. :chuckle: and are born cessarian bc their heads are too big.. they shed a lot.. snore.. fart.. but once you get past all of that.. they are awesome little dogs. i would recommend a female, as your current dog is a male and will accept/enjoy the opposite gender more than the same.. for the reasons there can be an alpha male and an alpha female, but not two alpha males or two alpha females. (except in really really rare cases) the females tend to be a bit more submissive and the males tend to be a bit more dominant.. (in this breed.. not across all dogs). mine is the first female dog ive ever had.. she has the absolute sweetest temperament.. just wants to make me happy.. friendly.. active when needed.. sleeping/resting when not.. she just wants to please.. i can let her go off leash with strangers and know she will come back to them.

one big thing. find a breeder that has had the breeding parents backs xrayed/certified. there are back issues common to the breed that are debilatating. my poor girl has a really bad hemivertibrae... its already impacted her life.. shes 5... she wont live full life span. it sucks. but i just cherish all the time i have with her.

B,

I went ahead and ordered some. Hope that's it!

I'm still open to other suggestions though :)

Thanks
From your description,i would say that should be it.On the bright side, even if it's not the exact one,it's still a very good flavor,I use it quite a bit,it works great in a not so intense fire & ice haha.

Well that is good news because we wanted a female this time. All of our other dogs have been males. Problem is all the time consuming sniffing around outdoors and the wanderlust. Corky has twice snuck out the door when we had our backs turned and since he's almost blind, walked right off the sea wall into the canal!. There's a 14 foot alligator in our canal. Luckily, at this point we know where to look for him; he seems to have followed the exact same path both times this happened so hopefully we'll catch up to him if he does it again.

Our first dog was an English Bulldog. Is the personality of the French Bulldog similar?

Hmm... My TFA Cinnamon is yellow/clear. I know you said it wasn't a bun flavor, but the only Cinnamon I have that is cloudy is the Cinnamon Danish Swirl (it looks like the glass bottle it's in is frosted). Just wondering if it might be some other brand of Cinnamon flavoring besides TFA.

Well it's the best shot I've got so far so I'll give it a shot. I'm sure I'll like it either way.

Here's a pic of them both. The napkin behind is for liquid clarity.
