Can I clean LR carto's

Can you clean LR carto's by boiling them? Is it the same as all the videos I see to clean a regular carto?

Also...I bought a bunch of liquid that I don't like (I think I just prefer tobacco flavor) does velvet vapors take returns or do I try to sell it here??

A low resistance atty wouldn't make a difference on how you clean a cartomizer. As far as the returns - you'd have to contact the vendor for that.
