Can I direct drip on this ego-t atomizer?

Hey all,
I've been loving my apex Alpha UltraMax lately. Anyways, got down to my last 306 atomizer and it was faulty! That was 3 days ago. I'd like to add that cash is tight and I won't be able place another order till tomorrow which will take me 1-2 days to receive

Anyways, I have an ego battery and an ego-t atomizer that I don't use since it has problems wicking my thick juices.

Any way to mod the atomizer so I can kinda use it as a direct dripper?

I've already tried diluting my juice with PG but the ego-t still gives dry hits. So modding it so I can direct drip is what I'm after.

What should I remove? The spike plate? The wick? Or leave them on and just drip?

Any advice to quench my nic addiction would be appreciated. Would hate to go back to the stinky analogs for a couple days.

I usually just drip on these with no modifications, I suppose you could remove the spike plate, I just haven't tried it.

Just pull the spike/plate and drip away. IMO, that's all the -Ts are good for.

I usually do 3, much more that and they leak.
