Okay, I know this sounds crazy, but I'm wondering if I could put a couple drops of juice into a glass of water. I just purchased about $200 worth of equipment and it all failed within 2 months (from bestecig). So I've been smoking again for the last 2 weeks and promised my wife I'd try and quit today. It's 11:38am and I'm starting to "jones".
I have some 12mg juice and 24mg juice. I was thinking of putting about 5 drops of the 12mg in a large glass of water to stop the cravings.

Durant, Ok
I think it would probably upset your stomach. Any time I get juice in my mouth it makes my stomach all icky for a little while (even though I try and spit it all out) I saw a post on here before where someone took a smoke machine from something.. like a train set thing .. I cant remember now.. search vapecano and you should find it.. I'd probably try something like that first

Ringo, you need to contact supplier, that one is good about replacing equipment that fails. I have had several replacements from them. It also go with the territory. Some of us just seem to have more failers than others report.

Don't drink e-juice.

Go to mod section and make a mod from the directions there. The USB passthorugh mod is easy to do.

[sigh] I'm feeling pretty much "done" with the whole e-smoking thing right now. 1 bum usb-passthrough, I bought 10 atomizers and 5 died within about 1 week and the others never worked at all.
I have one piece of 2mg nicotine gum that some guy gave me at a bar a few weeks ago when I introduced him to e-smoking. After that... I just don't know. I have enough hobbies and don't want to spend hours making a mod, I don't want to spend another $1-200 on poor-quality equipment that I can't trust but I know I can't smoke anymore.
By the way, this nicotine gum tastes like sh*t and burns my throat. I've never tried it before. It's also kind of turning my stomach.
Ugh...

Didn't you contact your supplier??? I wouldn't have left this go, believe me, do not let yourself get caught short!!!! Panic is awful!! That's why most of us have drawers full of extra batteries, atomizers, juice, and all the cash we can spare!! You're worried about $200, I paid out more than 4 times that amount the first month! Yah, because this is a good thing! Look below: it works! Eventually, all of this comes to a point where you think you are quite in control, but there's always the unknown.............

All you have to do is heat the liquid to just under 200c. The e-cig is only a means to an end. I've seen video of someone using a spoon.

Personally, I'd run to the local Pilot and see if they had some Njoy's in stock.
pilot, petro............also camel snus is pretty good for nic

Ringo, I'm betting that those atomizers you thought never worked at all may have been fine, but that you just had connection issues.

Have you not seen the threads about that? I've had many atomizers that did not seem to work at first, but with a little upwards manipulation of the center pole that sits on a flexible silicon ring, they worked perfectly thereafter.

This is the thing - if the center pole of the atomizer does not meet the center pole of the battery or USB passthrough, there will be no electrical connection made, and the atomizer will seem dead. All you have do do is pry up that center pole, gently and carefully, going in a circular motion all around it. Then, the two center poles will meet, and you will have vapor. You can use a tiny screwdriver, a tweezers, anything that will allow you to pry it up a bit.

Ringo are you using 801 batteries? I had similar experience and found out my 801 batteries were not making contact with some of the BestEcig atomizers especially after using the BestEcig USB passthrough. I would have to use a small knife and lightly pry out on the attys contact. I think the contact in the USB passthrough would push the contact of the atty in two far, and the 801 battery contacts could not make contact with the Atty. I was not real happy with the two USB passthroughs I purchased from BestEcig, both went bad within a couple weeks. But I love their attys.

Wow... just wow. This thread and the replies up to this point are
interesting for a couple of reasons.

First: I thought *I* was a bit twisted when the thought went through
my mind about putting juice in my CPAP humidifier in order to get nic
all night long. At least I'd be inhaling/breathing it. But this guy wants
to actually ingest the liquid.

Which brings up a second point of interest. I thought for sure people would
be jumping down this guy's throat, figuratively, for even mentioning the
abuse of the product. Other people come here, non-smokers, asking about
taking up vaping and the lynch mob comes out. True... those people would
be starting from scratch, but at least they would be using the equipment as
it was meant to be used. Niquid is NOT meant to be ingested, even if
diluted.

<shrugh>

Why not just make a "tea" from analog tobacco? Or pull out the French
press?

Ringo, I'm in SF... there's a big tobacco shop at Polk & California that sells General brand snus -- it really helps cut the craving. Puff Puff Pass on Haight St. sells the i-Inhale vaporizers which can be used for vaping e-liquid -- pretty expensive though. Last resort, if you get really desperate and want them, I have a bunch of Smoke51 type gear that I'd be happy to sacrifice for the cause. Shoot me a PM if that would help.

I feel your pain. I bought different types trying to find the perfect ecig. They all started off good. I had a faulty power strip, The power button on the new power strip got tripped. Attys and batteries started going bad all at once. Had good batteries and good attys but they didn't match. Got a mod and loved it. then I broke it. I started trying to make my own mod. got some good help and finally made my own. I spent a ton of money. Then I got really desperate and ordered a GG. I don't have it yet but I am praying that I will never be tempted to drink the juice again? That is after it finally gets here. I will never go back to smoking again.

Heh... well if you've ever tried any of the aforementioned gear, you'd know it wouldn't be much of a sacrifice at all! Only a seriously desperate person would want that junk, but you never know. ;-)

EDIT: okay, it's not that bad, I shouldn't be so insulting. it all works, it delivers the nic... for now. just not my preferred way to vape, but definitely better than nothing I suppose.
